What counts as a seat?
A seat is a user login, not a phone number. If you are one person with two business numbers, that is still one seat plus one extra phone number. Business includes 3 users, and extra users can be added when needed.
Can I add extra phone numbers?
Yes. Extra standard phone numbers can be shared across users or assigned to a workflow or location. Power-dial pool numbers can be added for higher-throughput outbound workflows.
Is fax included?
Outbound fax is included on paid plans: Starter gets 25 pages/mo and Business gets 100 pages/mo. Inbound fax receive needs a dedicated fax-routed line, billed as an extra number add-on unless you are on a custom plan.
What happens if I go over my included usage?
Plans include monthly voice and SMS usage. If you need more, open “Usage and add-ons” on the plan card for the current refill minimum, add-on options, and per-unit rates.
What is the difference between Starter and Business?
Starter is for one user and one business number. Business is for teams: 3 users, 2 numbers, shared inbox, team workflows, Power Dial Lite, more included AI usage, webhooks, and add-ons for campaigns, SMS drips, users, numbers, and extra usage.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing in one click. You keep access through the end of your paid period.
Do you offer refunds?
If the AI phone system isn't the right fit in your first 14 days on a paid plan, email support@elevenx2.com and we'll refund you — no forms, no drama.
How does the 7-day trial work?
Start with a 7-day free trial by choosing a paid plan and adding a card in Stripe checkout. After email confirmation and checkout, you pick your own trial number. Tell11 covers that number during the trial; if you cancel, we release it on day 8 before billing continues.
Do I need carrier / SMS approval?
Yes — US carriers require 10DLC brand and campaign registration before sending outbound SMS. Business and higher plans include the 10DLC setup workflow with no SMS setup fee. Inbound SMS and AI voice can work before outbound SMS approval.
Can I port my existing number?
Yes. Port a US number from any carrier in Settings → Phone Numbers. Most ports complete in 2–5 business days with zero downtime.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from /upgrade or Settings → Billing. Upgrades prorate instantly; downgrades apply at the next billing period.
I'm on the legacy Pro plan — what happens?
You keep your current pricing and Business Pro feature access unless you choose to switch. Usage-heavy accounts should compare the current pooled-usage plans because they make included usage, add-ons, and refill options clearer.
